Refund & Refill Policy

1. No Refunds

All sales made through GrowRob.com are final and non-refundable.
Since our services are digital, automated, and begin processing immediately after payment, we cannot issue refunds under any circumstances — including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Unsatisfactory results due to platform algorithm changes

  • Mistakes in submitting order details (such as wrong username or link)

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.


2. Refill & Replacement Policy

While refunds are not available, GrowRob provides refills or replacements in eligible cases to ensure customer satisfaction.

You may request a refill if:

  • There has been a drop in followers, likes, or views delivered through our service.

  • The drop occurred within the refill guarantee period mentioned on the service page.

  • Your account remains public and unchanged during and after delivery.


3. Refill Will Not Apply If:

Refills or replacements cannot be provided under the following conditions:

  • Wrong or invalid link/username was submitted in the order.

  • The account has been changed, deleted, or renamed after placing the order.

  • The account is set to private during or after delivery.

  • Likes, followers, or views are hidden, preventing verification.

  • There are algorithmic or policy changes made by the social platform that affect service performance.

  • The order was completed successfully but you expected different results (e.g., faster speed, specific demographics, or engagement behavior).


 

4. How to Request a Refill

If you are eligible for a refill:

  • Contact our support team within the guarantee period (as listed on the service page).

  • Provide your order ID and the link to your profile or post.

  • Our team will verify and process the refill within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Service Verification

GrowRob reserves the right to verify all refill claims and determine eligibility.
Submitting false claims or modifying account details after purchase will void refill eligibility.


6. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on GrowRob.com, you confirm that:

  • You agree not to dispute or charge back any payment after successful order completion.
